Are you passionate about developing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support commercial growth? Join Tecan as a Marketing Manager, where you'll play a key role in positioning Paramit, Tecan's CDMO offering, through integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and close collaboration with global commercial teams.

In this role, you'll serve as the marketing partner between Product Management, Sales, Business Development, Regional Commercial Teams, Brand, and Internal Communications to strengthen customer engagement, optimize the sales funnel, and deliver measurable business results.

How Will You Make an Impact?
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for Tecan's Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations offering.
  • Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and market positioning aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Develop multi-channel marketing programs and content that drive awareness, engagement, demand generation, and commercial growth.
  • Produce thought leadership content and executive communications to strengthen industry visibility.
  • Gather customer, competitive, and market insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Manage assigned marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
  • Measure campaign performance, lead quality, conversion metrics, and marketing ROI using data-driven analysis.
  • Support regional commercial teams with marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, case studies, campaign toolkits, and digital assets.
  • Lead and support global events, customer events, webinars, and industry conferences.
  • Maintain the Partnering Business presentation library and coordinate updates with Product Managers.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Internal Communications, LSB Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Global Regional Teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
  • Technical writing experience.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance using dashboards and reporting tools.
