As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of key initiatives across ECAM's Business Applications portfolio. Working closely with project managers, business partners, and technology teams, you will help coordinate project activities, maintain project plans, track progress, and contribute to successful project outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities as Project Manager
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, deliverables, and project activities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including project charters, scope documents, work plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and risk logs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery efforts.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and outcomes.
  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies while assisting with mitigation and resolution activities.
  • Support change management initiatives through coordination of communications, training activities, stakeholder engagement, and adoption efforts.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up on commitments and deliverables.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications by preparing status updates, meeting materials, and project-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to track deliverables, timelines, and project requirements.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including project closeout, lessons learned, and tracking of business outcomes and benefits realization.
  • Maintain project governance standards, ensuring project documentation, reporting, and records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and delivery practices.
  • Perform other duties as required
Your Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience supporting the delivery of IT, technical, or business initiatives
    • Experience coordinating activities across cross-functional teams, including business and technology stakeholders
    • Experience working in a corporate environment with exposure to project management practices, tools, and governance processes
  • Certifications (preferred): CAMP
Your skills and competencies
  • PM Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc)
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and product delivery
  • Change management fundamentals
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize delivery
