Your work involves balancing a significant caseload while utilizing electronic medical records systems to track client progress and communicate effectively with the treatment team.

• Deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to individuals, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed to meet client needs.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations by assessing clients' urgent needs, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented swiftly and effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop diagnostic formulations in accordance with the DSM V guidelines, and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
• Utilize various therapeutic models, including behavior modification techniques, brief therapy, and solution-focused counseling to facilitate meaningful progress in therapy sessions.
• Provide training to peers and community members on clinical topics related to mental health, enhancing the skills and understanding of mental health services across our organization.
• Collaborate with other professionals and community organizations to develop comprehensive care plans, engaging a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
• Oversee and mentor Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering a collaborative learning environment that promotes professional development.

This role focuses on a diverse population of clients, including mothers and families navigating various challenges in their mental health journeys. You will work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, addressing co-occurring mental health and substance dependency disorders, while advocating for those who may feel marginalized or underserved. Your insights will be instrumental in creating effective intervention strategies and more significant health outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory for this position.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively, interfacing with larger healthcare systems and support staff.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records and communication tools to document and track client care processes efficiently.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of co-occurring mental health disorders and their implications on treatment.

• Experience working with evidence-based practices within the field of mental health counseling.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities, particularly those focused on community health and outreach to underserved populations.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
