This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. You will work from a home office, utilizing digital tools to connect with clients and collaborate with your colleagues. Our virtual setting is designed to support seamless communication and provide access to resources necessary for effective patient care.

• Conduct virtual individual therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools to connect with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and shared experiences, enhancing clients’ engagement in the recovery process.
• Assess client needs and progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary remote team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and provide comprehensive treatment.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our secure electronic health record system.

You will primarily work with clients in a detox center setting, supporting individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This population often faces complex challenges, and your role will be crucial in facilitating their journey toward recovery through personalized and empathetic care.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, preferably in a mental health or substance use setting.
• Strong proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and formulating treatment plans based on client assessments.
• Commitment to ethical and culturally sensitive practices, with an understanding of diverse backgrounds and needs.

• Experience working with detox and substance use disorders, particularly in a remote or telehealth context.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote therapy platforms.
• Advanced skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
