Follow up via phone, text, and email daily to qualified inbound and outbound leads. Participate in local events and community outreach to develop relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners. Qualifications: Active or pending mortgage loan originator license (NMLS). 3+ years of residential mortgage lending experience Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
