This position primarily serves first responders, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency personnel who face high-stress situations and emotional strain. You will work to build trust and rapport within this unique demographic, providing culturally competent care that respects their experiences and challenges. You will also engage with family members of first responders, recognizing the indirect impact of this work on their well-being.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a commitment to client-centered care.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivated work ethic, enabling you to thrive without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with digital therapy platforms and a willingness to adapt to new technologies as they emerge.

• Experience working with first responders or individuals facing high-stress environments is highly advantageous.
