Our innovative video therapy platform allows you to engage with clients effectively while we manage the operational aspects of therapy delivery, including scheduling and documentation. Your focus will be solely on providing high-quality care, with minimal paperwork and administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct short-term mental health therapy sessions via live video, creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for adult clients.
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring effective goal-setting and progress tracking.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, utilizing tools and resources provided to maintain organization and client engagement.
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships through consistent communication and follow-up, while demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions on best practices and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve adult clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and demonstrate low acuity levels. This allows you to work with individuals who are highly motivated to improve their mental health and able to engage actively in the therapy process. The diverse range of clients will give you the opportunity to apply various therapeutic techniques and modalities in a meaningful way.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree from an accredited clinical counseling program.
• An unrestricted Mental Health Therapist License, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining high standards of client care.

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience providing video therapy to adult clients, understanding the unique dynamics of virtual sessions.
• Experience managing a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients weekly.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and the technology used to support video conferencing and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
