Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to address the psychological needs of clients, creating a safe and supportive environment for emotional exploration.
• Guide clients in discussing their feelings and experiences to facilitate personal insights and development.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining realistic goals and supporting them through their journeys.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions in detail, formulating and implementing appropriate treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies.
• Continuously track client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the most effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work exclusively with a carefully screened population of stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns. This allows you to focus on providing quality counseling without the pressure of managing severe cases. Additionally, you have the opportunity to choose your preferred client demographics, ensuring you work exclusively with individuals who align with your therapeutic style and expertise. You will receive unlimited referrals, thereby optimizing your calendar for consistent work without the hassle of marketing.

Qualifications

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy and a compassionate approach to client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with hours worked.
