Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns, guiding them through their emotional difficulties.

• Utilize structured interviews, observational techniques, and appropriate assessment tools to identify clients' mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active and independent state license such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for empathetic communication and rapport-building.
• Proficient computer skills to manage online therapy tools and maintain client records.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in remote counseling or teletherapy settings is highly desirable.
