Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a structured Monday through Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured CBT-based therapy sessions through live video conferencing, enabling real-time engagement with clients while prioritizing their comfort and confidentiality.
• Utilize modern documentation tools to efficiently note client progress and treatment plans, ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and securely.
• Participate in weekly group consultation sessions, where you can discuss complex cases, share insights, and receive constructive feedback from peers and supervisors, enhancing your professional development.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, scheduling follow-up appointments and ensuring a reliable therapeutic relationship that fosters trust and openness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Thought Matters, LLC, we serve a diverse client population, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those dealing with more complex psychological concerns. Qualifications

• Valid and active license in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least one year under independent licensure.
• A strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices and a proven ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Proficient in navigating digital platforms and telehealth software, ensuring smooth and effective session management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in working within community health settings or similar environments that prioritize client-centered care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques in addition to CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Previous involvement in professional training or workshops related to telehealth best practices.

Compensation and Benefits
