Remote and live within Milwaukee, Wis.
Will work in the office first month-Monday through Friday. Afterwards, will be in the office 2 days per week.
About the Role:
As a CBRE Finance Associate, you will lead projects, implementations, and training sessions of high complexity related to process improvements.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
What You'll Do:
• Review and present data on transactional activities and functions including vendor invoice processing, 1009 and tax processing, lease administration, and cash receipt applications to management.
• Perform audits for identified process improvement initiatives. Make recommendations based on the information gathered.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
• Point person for implementing complex process improvements that require a team effort.
• Delegate tasks to team members. Ensure timelines are achieved.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
• Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
• Advance experience in Accounts Payable and Account Receivable Needed.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $62,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program
