Job description

American Bolt Corporation, headquartered in New Berlin, WI, is looking for a Business Development Representative/Outside Sales Representative for the Waukesha, Wisconsin territory, to join our sales team. We are excited to bring on an Outside Sales Representative with a winning, positive mindset to help us grow this territory.

Total compensation for this position is $60,000-$95,000 (base salary plus quarterly bonus eligibility), based on experience and performance.

The territory for this position spans from Waukesha south to Burlington, west to Fort Atkinson and Jefferson, north through Watertown into Hartford, and back down to Brookfield. This representative must live in the territory.

American Bolt provides a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, personal time off, vacation time, paid holidays and more. American Bolt also offers a profit-sharing bonus for all employees. This role includes cell phone, laptop, and other standard tools to execute the role.

AS AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time outside sales position is expected to be active in the Waukesha territory and available for customer needs. This outside sales position is a remote (home office) position in the Waukesha, WI area. You must live in the territory. Travel is expected daily within the territory, and travel to the company headquarters in New Berlin, Wisconsin for initial training, and occasional meetings.
