Brightside Health is seeking a dedicated and licensed professional counselor (LPC) who will provide crucial mental health services via a flexible telehealth platform. This fully remote role allows you to maintain a flexible schedule while you work with clients through our advanced telehealth platform. With no on-call responsibilities, you have the freedom to design your working hours throughout the week. You will benefit from user-friendly digital tools, including an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system that streamlines documentation, facilitates progress monitoring, and ensures efficient communication with colleagues and clients alike.

• Conduct regular, evidence-based therapy sessions with adult clients experiencing various emotional disorders, utilizing techniques grounded in the Unified Protocol.

• Collaborate seamlessly with Brightside's psychiatric team as well as fellow counselors, fostering a network of support and comprehensive treatment for our clients.

• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on self-assessments, goal progress measures, and real-time feedback from clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation through our sophisticated counselor portal, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions for additional support and professional development from the Therapy Leadership Team.

You will primarily work with adults grappling with a broad spectrum of emotional difficulties, from anxiety and depression to other complex mental health issues. Our members benefit from a framework of care that emphasizes proactive engagement, as Brightside successfully delivers high response and remission rates for depression through targeted therapeutic interventions.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in your state.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Experience with telehealth services and an understanding of how to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.

• Familiarity with the Unified Protocol and evidence-based therapy approaches, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.

• Previous training in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide (CAMS) is advantageous but not required.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD $100,000 to $105,000 annually.
