• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.
• Facilitate discussions to help clients explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, promoting insight and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining realistic and achievable goals for their mental health journey.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and monitor their progress using a solution-focused approach based on your clinical expertise.
• Document counseling sessions and treatment interventions in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with fellow counselors to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health challenges. Prior to booking appointments, all clients undergo a thorough screening for assessment to ensure they are a good match for telehealth counseling. Additionally, we strive to align you with clients that fit your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for both you and your clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Full licensure from the state, including Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling or working with specific populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, relationship issues) is advantageous and can enhance your effectiveness in the role.
