This role is remote, allowing you to practice from the comfort of your own home or any other location of your choice. You will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that leverages technology to provide counseling services via secure video chat. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and equipped with the necessary tools to facilitate seamless communication and effective therapy sessions.

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring you maintain ethical standards and compassion.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Guide clients in understanding their feelings, experiences, and relationships, thereby fostering deeper self-awareness and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to promote effective coping mechanisms and improved mental health outcomes.
• Document therapy sessions and treatment plans in an organized manner while minimizing administrative burdens by utilizing our all-in-one therapist platform.

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. By employing solution-based treatment approaches, you will assist clients in building the necessary skills to enhance their quality of life, ultimately empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, as well as no history of disciplinary actions against your professional standing.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Must showcase strong computer literacy skills to navigate our telehealth platform effectively.

Experience in telehealth counseling is beneficial but not required. Candidates who possess a background in working with low-acuity mental health patients will have an advantage. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques is also preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, based on the number of hours worked.
