You will utilize a comprehensive therapy platform that serves as your online office, enabling you to conduct live video and text sessions efficiently. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to address clients' mental health needs and facilitate their emotional development.
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships by encouraging clients to share their experiences and feelings, thus aiding them in gaining insights into their thoughts and behaviors.
• Actively evaluate clients' mental health status and develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-oriented approaches.
• Support clients in identifying and achieving personal goals while advocating for their needs throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize our all-in-one counselor dashboard for managing appointments, client records, and communication to streamline your workflow and maintain organized documentation.

The clients you will be working with are primarily adults who have demonstrated stability and possess a low acuity level, ensuring a focus on proactive mental health maintenance rather than crisis intervention. By aligning clients with your specific specialties and demographic preferences, we strive to create meaningful connections that enhance the therapeutic experience and foster impactful outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory; no provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision is essential for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated capacity for empathy and understanding when engaging with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for counseling sessions and administrative tasks.

While previous experience in remote counseling is a plus, we welcome licensed professionals eager to embrace new methodologies in providing virtual therapy. • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your level of experience and hours worked.
