Job description

Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney in its Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-5 years of experience, but we welcome all experience levels to apply.
While this role is listed under our General Liability group, we encourage candidates with interests in other practice areas to apply as well. We're happy to consider you for opportunities across our team and find the best fit for you.
Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Georgia.
