• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to practicum students striving for clinical licensure and support them throughout their Master's programs.
• Engage in delivering psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans, adjusting approaches as necessary based on client progress.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, ensuring adherence to both privacy regulations and organizational standards.
• Stay abreast of current research and training in mental health practices to continually enhance the delivery of quality care.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• A valid state license, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience in a supervisory role or mentorship of new professionals in the mental health field.
• Prior involvement in creating or reviewing treatment plans and collaborating on client care.
• Keen understanding of community resources and their integration into treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic methodologies and the willingness to engage in ongoing education.
