  • Deliver an exceptional client experience that goes "Beyond Expectation," fostering loyalty that leads to high retention and referral opportunities.

Qualifications for this Role:
  • An active Personal Lines or P&C license, with current licensure in New York being a key requirement.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed agent with a focus on personal lines (e.g., Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.).
  • A proven track record of success in personal lines insurance sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of personal insurance products, policies, and carrier underwriting guidelines.
  • AMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Agency Management Systems (e.g., EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) to quote new business and manage client policies.
  • CRM Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and manage your sales pipeline using modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho)

What Sets You Apart:

The Rewards of Joining COVU:
We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive package designed to support your personal and professional life.
  • Fully remote work, offering you true flexibility and autonomy.
  • A highly competitive compensation structure, including a strong base salary plus a bonus plan tied directly to your sales production.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance.
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays.
