As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing, guiding them in discussing emotions, thoughts, and life experiences.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and collaborate with them to create and implement effective treatment plans.
• Serve as an advocate for your clients, helping them define realistic and achievable therapeutic goals while providing ongoing support and motivation.
• Facilitate open dialogue that promotes self-discovery and deeper insights into clients' relationships and personal challenges.
• Leverage our all-in-one therapy platform to manage sessions, client communications, and therapeutic documentation efficiently, minimizing administrative workload.

Our clients are stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health concerns. Each individual is carefully screened prior to booking sessions, which means you will work with clients who are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process and who align with your areas of specialty. Our matching system pairs you with clients based on your preferences, ensuring a comfortable therapeutic dynamic.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Full licensure as a mental health professional in Florida, including:
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• A strong foundation in interpersonal communication skills and a genuine empathetic nature.
• Proficient computer literacy to effectively navigate digital therapy tools and maintain client records.

While not required, prior experience in telehealth settings or familiarity with virtual counseling practices will be advantageous. Involvement with diverse populations or specific therapeutic modalities will also enhance your candidacy.
