As a licensed mental health counselor at SLI, you will work with a varied clientele, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling meaningful connections with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude that prioritizes client dignity and respect.
• Strong organizational and time management skills essential for managing caseloads effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional board record.
