Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' challenges and inform effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver consistent, evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to define therapeutic goals and monitor progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients preferring virtual counseling or those facing barriers to traditional in-office visits, ensuring accessibility to mental health services.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of client sessions, case notes, and treatment plans to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development via workshops, training, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest in mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated compassion and a non-judgmental approach to therapy, coupled with effective active listening skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
