Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to determine their unique needs.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that engage patients and promote effective coping strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, remaining current with the latest evidence-based practices, to deliver effective counseling to individuals.

  • Conduct bi-weekly or monthly check-ins to evaluate each client's progress towards their mental health goals and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as required, making referrals for specialized services when appropriate.
  • Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best clinical practices.
