Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based methodologies.

  • Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • A valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy is also necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services, specifically in a community health setting.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing customized treatment plans.
  • Knowledge of diverse therapeutic approaches to meet the varied needs of clients.
Compensation and Benefits
