Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while ensuring you remain connected to your colleagues and clients through regular virtual meetings and consultations. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, encouraging a structured routine that supports both client needs and therapist well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop, review, and modify personalized treatment plans that encourage emotional and psychological growth tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.
• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies aimed at enhancing clinical services and improving client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidates will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who experience issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be responsible for fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to explore and address their concerns. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will help guide clients towards achieving personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing therapy is also necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services, specifically in a community health setting.
• Proven success in developing and implementing customized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of diverse therapeutic approaches to meet the varied needs of clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
