The Listening Guide Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a remote capacity. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver high-quality therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no weekend shifts required, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical notes and documentation to track client progress and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
