Our technologies play a critical role in optimizing process efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting sustainable operations across industries.

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Systems Manager to own and enhance our core enterprise applications, with Salesforce as the primary platform and a manufacturing ERP environment (proALPHA) as a key system of record.

This is a hands-on, mid-level role focused on Salesforce administration and development, ERP support, system integrations, and business process optimization. Infrastructure, networking, servers, and cybersecurity are handled by a dedicated internal resource. This role is application- and business-facing, not infrastructure-focused.

If you enjoy working closely with sales, operations, and leadership to turn business requirements into clean, scalable system solutions, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain Flows, validations, Apex, and Lightning components
  • Manage Salesforce security, roles, permissions, and data model
  • Create reports and dashboards for leadership and end users
  • Lead Salesforce enhancements, releases, testing, and documentation
  • Provide user support and training across sales, marketing, and operations

ERP & Business Systems

  • Support and enhance the company's ERP platform (currently proALPHA)
  • Partner with operations, finance, and supply chain teams on ERP workflows
  • Own integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems
  • Support ERP-related reporting, data accuracy, and process improvements
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners as needed

Systems Strategy & Optimization

  • Act as the business-facing owner of enterprise applications
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Identify automation and efficiency opportunities across departments
  • Maintain a systems roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate with infrastructure/security teams to ensure compliant system usage

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years in business systems, applications, or Salesforce-focused roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flows, security model, reports, and dashboards
  • Working knowledge of Apex and Lightning (LWC or Aura)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience supporting or integrating manufacturing ERP systems (proALPHA, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I)
  • Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience
  • Experience with CPQ, quoting, or sales operations tools
  • Experience managing vendors or implementation partners

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • 100% remote work environment
  • Salesforce training and certification support

Why Join Us

  • Own Salesforce and ERP systems that directly impact the business
  • Clear role scope-no infrastructure or cybersecurity responsibilities
  • High visibility and influence across sales, operations, and leadership
  • Opportunity to grow into senior systems or architect-level responsibilities
