We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other key modules. This role requires extensive experience in solution design, platform governance, integrations, and automation, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for ServiceNow implementations.
• Architect scalable and maintainable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and other modules.
• Provide architectural guidance for custom applications and enhancements within ServiceNow.
Development & Implementation
• Oversee the design and development of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance in ServiceNow implementations.
• Lead ServiceNow upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal business impact.
• Design custom integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and leadership teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct architectural reviews, impact assessments, and design validation.
Platform Governance & Performance Optimization
• Establish and enforce governance policies to ensure ServiceNow best practices.
• Perform platform health checks, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Operational Excellence & Innovation

Required Qualifications & Experience:
ServiceNow Expertise
• 10+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and custom applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer).
• Experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, MID Server, and Integration Hub).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and data privacy best practices.
Technical & Architecture Skills
• Experience in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Microservices, APIs, and modern integration strategies.
