Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories, strengths, and needs in order to personalize treatment plans.

  • Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, to effectively address clients' trauma-related symptoms and improve their overall mental health.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding participants through their healing journeys while helping them develop essential coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated support and care for each patient.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention to individuals experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and appropriate care.

Qualifications
