Tasks:

•    Develop digital assets to be used within emails created for our clients to engage
customers and encourage conversions
•    Work with other team members to assure digital assets comply with the
requirements of the project being produced to maintain client satisfaction
•    Assure compliance with department best practices for email images/graphics to
support deliverability
•    Effectively follow client requirements for accompanying content with developing digital assets to ensure client satisfaction
•    Coordinate and implement A/B testing strategy for our clients to analyze which strategy 
is most effective at engaging our client’s customers
•    Determine Call to Action strategy and implementation to capture conversion
•    Participate or observe on client calls to gain an understanding of a client’s graphic
strategy
•    Create infographics and icons to be used on email campaigns to improve user 
experience for our clients’ readers 
•    Engage with basic HTML or CSS to be able to bring custom format to client emails 
 

Required Skills & Certifications:
•    Relevant Associate's degree or 1+ years’ experience in graphic design 
•    Possess strong written and verbal communication skills 
•    Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud 
•    Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment 
•    Possess commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute 
expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times 
•    Understanding of Email Marketing Graphic Design best practices 
•    Basic understanding of Klaviyo and other email marketing services 
•    Excellent attention to detail 
•    Ability to be self-sufficient, learn new skills quickly, and meet strict deadlines
