• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals for clients and regularly monitor their progress through ongoing evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Facilitate teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who prefer or require virtual sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of clinical interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities to stay informed about best practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Your work will directly impact a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals dealing with life transitions, emotional distress, and trauma recovery. • A valid state license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
