• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' individual needs and formulate customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, across individual, couple, and family sessions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at common mental health issues, fostering community and connection among participants.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in emergency situations, using your expertise to stabilize and support them through critical moments.
• Educate clients on mental health disorders, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in strict adherence to legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative care and share insights on best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with advancements and research in mental health therapy.

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and families, all seeking guidance and support in overcoming mental health challenges. You will work directly with individuals who may be experiencing acute crises, chronic mental health conditions, or seeking preventative care strategies. Each client presents unique circumstances requiring you to tailor your therapeutic approach, ensuring that you address their specific situations and needs.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various mental health disorders and the latest evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Experience conducting extensive mental health assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans that drive positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.
• Strong judgment capabilities, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical practices.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role within an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic models and the ability to adapt techniques to suit individual client needs.
• Experience with therapeutic group facilitation and community-based mental health programs.
