• Conduct thorough assessments to gather client histories, identifying mental health needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans that align with their objectives.
• Deliver individual therapy utilizing a range of modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or psychodynamic approaches—to foster personal growth and emotional healing.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress to ensure clients are moving toward desired outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring all clients, whether facing accessibility challenges or geographical barriers, can receive support.
• Document all sessions and client interactions accurately to maintain ethical and legal standards, incorporating HIPAA-compliant practices.
