Do you believe food can change lives? Are you passionate about helping students navigate nutrition, dietary needs, and healthy choices in a supportive campus environment? If so, we'd love to meet you.

Why Work Here?
Auxiliary Services is a mission-driven, student-centered organization where your work has visible impact. Our culture is hands-on, collaborative, and team-focused across dining and campus partners.

The Role
As our Registered Dietitian, you'll support students and partner with dining teams to create a safe, inclusive dining program. This is more than compliance. It's a chance to directly impact student well-being.

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one nutrition support, including food allergy guidance
  • Collaborate on menus and ensure accurate nutrition information
  • Train staff on allergen safety and best practices
  • Maintain food allergy policies and procedures
  • Support menu innovation (vegetarian, vegan, wellness)
  • Promote healthy eating initiatives across campus

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for student wellness and nutrition education
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail in food safety and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)
  • 2–3 years of experience
  • Experience in nutrition counseling or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education or foodservice experience
  • Knowledge of allergen management and HACCP
  • Menu development or nutrition analysis experience
  • Experience training staff and working with diverse populations

Why Join Us?
Meaningful work, supportive campus community, competitive benefits including paid leave, retirement, and health insurance.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary as part of a total compensation package. Benefits include health care plan options (including HSA), dental insurance, a 13% company match for a 403(b) retirement plan, over six weeks of paid vacation and personal leave, generous sick leave accruals, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, meal benefits, and more.

Schedule
Full-time, on-site with up to one day per week remote work based on operational needs. While primarily daytime, this role may occasionally require evenings and weekends to support key events or operations.
