  • Research products, services, vendors, and solutions as needed.

Scheduling & Staff Coordination

  • Maintain the client's master calendar, appointments, and activities.
  • Coordinate Personal Assistant/companion schedules and arrange coverage when needed.
  • Assist with staff onboarding, timesheets, and routine HR administration.

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Drive and accompany the client to regularly scheduled therapy, appointments, activities, and social outings.
  • Schedule appointments and manage related communication and follow-up.
  • Help plan social outings, experiences, and activities that support the client's goals and quality of life.
  • Assist with social media and creative projects, including filming, basic editing, content organization, and research.
  • Serve as a liaison with financial representatives, banks, businesses, vendors, and other third parties.
  • Assist with texts, emails, phone calls, forms, online accounts, and personal communications.
  • Plan and execute travel, including transportation, accessible accommodations, equipment, staffing, reservations, schedules, and activities.
  • Provide trained, non-clinical assistance related to the client's disability, equipment, routines, and safety.
  • Research problems, coordinate solutions, and follow through until tasks are completed.

Schedule & Travel

The regular schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM–7 PM. Tuesday and weekends are normally off.

Occasional flexibility is required for appointments, events, holidays, or other needs. When possible, the schedule will be adjusted within the workweek to maintain approximately 40 hours.

Occasional overnight and extended travel is part of the position and may require evenings, weekends, or hours outside of the normal schedule.

Benefits

  • Health Insurance
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Consistent four-day workweek
  • Structured onboarding and on-the-job training
  • Occasional travel opportunities

  • Able to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through.
  • Comfortable driving and working in a private-home environment.
  • Professional when communicating with staff, businesses, healthcare offices, and financial representatives.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and tools.

Previous experience in personal assistance, administration, household management, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, or disability services is helpful but not required.
