Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients to determine their mental health status, employing a variety of evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to evaluate conditions.
  • Design and implement comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and methods tailored to each individual's needs and circumstances.
  • Facilitate a range of therapeutic sessions, including individual counseling and group therapy, drawing from a library of evidence-based practices to promote client engagement and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including psychiatrists and case managers, to develop cohesive treatment strategies addressing both mental and physical health needs of clients.
