• Managing your own caseload, which can range from a minimal 5 hours a week to a robust 40+ hours based on your preferences, empowering you to balance your work and personal life.

• Engaging with clients through online sessions, applying therapeutic techniques that facilitate their journey to improved mental well-being.

The client population you will serve primarily consists of individuals seeking support for various mental health concerns. Our platform is designed to filter and present clients who are stable and exhibiting low acuity, enabling you to establish a full clinical caseload quickly, often within the first 30 days of joining. This ensures that you are working with clients who fit your expertise and preferences, providing a rewarding therapeutic experience.

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A completed Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Currently licensed in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) without any disciplinary actions on your license.
• Strong communication skills, enabling professional interactions with clients, their families, and administrative personnel.
• Capacity to work independently and creatively in a remote setting.
