This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while connecting with clients across Texas and beyond. You will have the autonomy to set your own hours and manage your calendar according to your preferences.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client growth and healing.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, follow-ups, and treatment progress for each client.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Managing your client caseload efficiently while maintaining open communication and support with clients and the Mindful Harbor team.

Your role will primarily focus on adult clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. You will play a crucial part in guiding clients toward healing, personal growth, and improved mental wellness.

To qualify for this role, you should possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.
• A valid and active mental health license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Excellent writing skills to document therapy sessions in a clear and organized manner.
• A clean professional record without any disciplinary action from licensing boards.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will also have:

• Two or more years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Formal training and proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
