Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on adult clients seeking support for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. You will play a crucial part in guiding clients toward healing, personal growth, and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you should possess the following credentials:

  • A Masterโ€™s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.
  • A valid and active mental health license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • Excellent writing skills to document therapy sessions in a clear and organized manner.
  • A clean professional record without any disciplinary action from licensing boards.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate will also have:

  • Two or more years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. In addition, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
