Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret state laws, regulations, and legislative updates.
  • Review and analyze client operations to distinguish policy vs. procedure.
  • Assess operational, business, and system impacts of new legislation.
  • Develop clear, compliant policies, procedures, and business rules based on regulations.
  • Document business workflows, processes, and detailed requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in policy analysis, legislative review, or business analysis.
