• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Deliver individualized therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other therapeutic strategies to facilitate personal growth and recovery.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with students and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and assessments.
• Provide teletherapy services for students who may face accessibility challenges, ensuring that quality mental health support is available to all.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices, legislative changes, and innovative therapeutic techniques.

This role primarily focuses on providing support to students, ranging from elementary to high school age, in a school environment. You will work with clients experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. By fostering a safe and trusted therapeutic relationship, you will play a crucial role in helping students navigate their emotional and psychological hurdles.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Possess efficient organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

Experience working in educational settings is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited for children and adolescents, along with crisis intervention expertise, will be highly regarded. The ability to collaborate with school staff and parents to create a holistic support network for students will be an asset in this role.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, you will benefit from:
