This is a full-time remote position based out of Jamestown, California, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with reliable internet access. • Conduct thorough intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs and goals.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate actively with psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists to deliver a comprehensive multi-disciplinary approach to client care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress notes, treatment plans, and other pertinent client information in accordance with our organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous clinical supervision and participate in training sessions to enhance your professional skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Stay informed of up-to-date best practices and emerging research in the mental health sector to ensure the delivery of relevant and effective interventions.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards dictated by legal requirements and our internal policies.

As a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in providing empathetic support and resilience-building strategies, helping clients achieve mental wellness and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess a valid and active LPCC license to practice independently.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, demonstrating strong decision-making skills in client assessments and therapies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and compassion.
• Competence with technology, including familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records.

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with proven success in delivering individual and group therapy sessions.
• Experience working in a remote capacity or within virtual therapy settings is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
