• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups—tailoring approaches to meet unique client needs.
• Employ a variety of counseling methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies for better client outcomes.
• Maintain precise clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of current mental health trends and research.

This role focuses on aiding individuals and families who may have limited access to care, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Our ideal candidate will approach each client with empathy and a client-centered mindset, striving to create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia is a must.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to the practice of counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization or additional training in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience working with telehealth platforms or remote counseling is advantageous.

• The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, determined based on experience and client availability.
