• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual therapy using diverse modalities designed to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing travel or health barriers.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously to adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining a secure record of patient interactions.
• Participate in regular case reviews and continue professional development through workshops and training.

Our therapists will work primarily with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our aim is to create a safe space for clients, where they can openly discuss their issues and work through difficulties with professional guidance.

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy and compassion, paired with a non-judgmental attitude towards patient experiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Experience working in similar therapeutic settings, particularly in remote or teletherapy roles.
• Background in trauma-informed care or specialized experiences related to anxiety and depression treatment.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques that promote holistic healing.

We offer competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
