• Deliver mental health services to clients via telehealth, maintaining strict adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform individualized treatment planning.
• Develop and collaboratively create treatment goals and plans in partnership with clients, ensuring a personalized approach.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each adolescent client.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and relevant communications.
• Submit accurate and timely billing and documentation to facilitate smooth operations within the organization.
• Engage in regular professional development activities to refine skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

The primary focus of this role lies in serving students within K-12 educational settings. As a vital member of the school-based telehealth team, you will address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other mental health concerns that may impact students' academic performance and social interactions. Your input will play a crucial role in enhancing their emotional resilience, academic success, and overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• Proven experience providing mental health services through telehealth modalities.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Capability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
