Location of position: This is a remote position.

Job Duties

As our Key Account Specialist, you willsupport the Key Account Management team by executing both operational and analytical activities that enable front-line teams to focus on customer engagement and growth. This role serves as a critical link between data/reporting insights and day to day account execution, managing contract processes, system data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient account performance and customer satisfaction.

You willbring 3+ years of progressive and successful experience in sales operations, customer support, contract administration, or related business support role to KONE. Experience working with CRM, ERP, or contract management systems preferred. You will usethe knowledgegained through yourbachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred. (Equivalent experience (4+ years in sales support, data/contract management, or operations environment) acceptable in lieu of degree).

Annual Base Pay Range:

This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any location within the area of the role's scope of responsibility. The national hiring range for this role is $95,800 - $114,555. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.


Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 10% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
