This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while making an impact from the comfort of your own space. Additionally, our staff is supported by a dedicated scheduling and client service team, enhancing your ability to focus on delivering exceptional care. We maintain a commitment to work-life balance, with our operational hours from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' histories and tailor appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies designed to promote trauma recovery, resilience, and overall mental health.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely and compassionate care.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, reflecting the care provided to clients.
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development aimed at deepening understanding of trauma-informed care practices.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to continuously enhance therapeutic efficacy.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, utilizing trauma-informed care approaches to foster healing and resilience. Our clientele includes diverse age groups and backgrounds, ensuring that our therapists engage with a variety of experiences that enrich the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Capability to maintain composure in high-stress situations while providing compassionate care.
• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is a strong asset.
• Ability and willingness to work with couples and families, with training provided for those less experienced in this area.

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, combined with a rich benefits package. We offer guaranteed pay with annual increases, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive orientation program. Additionally, our benefits include:
