This role is fully remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to engage meaningfully with clients through virtual platforms. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, classification of medical necessity, and development of initial treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Document all clinical interactions promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with company protocols and HIPAA regulations. This includes regular updates to treatment plans and progress notes.
• Utilize creative therapeutic modalities, including evidence-based practices, to provide impactful therapy sessions, assisting clients in reaching their therapeutic objectives.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of client records while maintaining accurate medical documentation as per legal and ethical standards.
• Build collaborative relationships with family members and other professionals involved in the client's care, coordinating referrals and services as necessary.
• Engage in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to ensure high standards of care and continuous personal development.
• Work towards licensure while maintaining active registration with the appropriate licensing board.

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and demographics, and your role will involve demonstrating understanding, compassion, and respect for their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health science from an accredited institution is required.
• Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Oregon.
• Proven experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments, crafting treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interactions and professional collaboration.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and engage in ethical practice with clients.

• Experience in outpatient therapy with families, children, and couples is an asset.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and innovative therapy tools that can enhance client engagement.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or initiatives aimed at destigmatizing mental health issues, demonstrating a commitment to public mental health interests.

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
