This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to design your workspace to suit your needs while ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance. As part of a community health clinic, you will work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to deliver integrated care.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using various modalities tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, addressing topics such as stress management, coping strategies, and interpersonal communication for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards, utilizing EMR software to track client progress.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying updated on the latest mental health research and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care, ensuring comprehensive support throughout clients' treatment journeys.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. You will address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your ability to create strong therapeutic relationships will be essential in promoting healing and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory for this position.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia is required.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context, is essential.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards regarding mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and corresponding technologies.

Greene Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. In addition to a competitive salary, our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
