Inspired Grace Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. As part of your role, you will maintain up-to-date clinical records and treatment plans that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough individual intake assessments to determine clients' unique therapy needs and objectives.
• Design and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, groups, families, and couples.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and comprehensive care for clients, ensuring their treatment plans are continuously evaluated and adjusted as needed.
• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field.

As an LPC at Inspired Grace Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding the unique backgrounds of each client will be essential in offering contextually appropriate interventions. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience is required.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Effective communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience in using EMR software and related technologies to manage clinical documentation effectively.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 – 100,000, based on your experience and the caseload you manage.
