The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some possible scheduling adjustments based on client availability and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, Psychologist, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas.
  • A solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches relevant to a wide variety of patient needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments, formulating effective treatment strategies based on clients' unique circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits
