• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate therapeutic strategies.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that cater specifically to the unique goals and challenges of each client.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all facets of the client's well-being are addressed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring a high standard of professional documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including clinical supervision and case consultation to enhance skills and effectiveness in delivering care.

You will work with individuals at various stages of recovery, from those seeking initial support to those who are maintaining their sobriety. • A Master's Degree in the mental health field is required.
• Possession of an Independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is mandatory.
