This role is 100% remote, enabling therapists to connect with clients across various regions from the comfort of their own homes. While the majority of work is conducted online, therapists will be part of a collaborative virtual team that includes other mental health professionals and support staff. Regular virtual team meetings and case consultations will provide opportunities for professional engagement and ensure a cohesive team approach to patient care. The supportive and collaborative environment ensures all team members receive help and guidance from colleagues readily.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual sessions to determine patients’ needs, strengths, and appropriate evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions focused on addressing immediate mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Provide crisis intervention services during urgent situations, employing techniques to stabilize clients and develop safety plans when necessary.
• Design and lead online therapy groups and workshops that cover a variety of topics, enhancing patient engagement through interactive and educational formats.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations on interdisciplinary care approaches, particularly for patients needing holistic support.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and mental health awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

We serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals from multiple demographics, varying socioeconomic statuses, and distinct cultural backgrounds. • Hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate a well-rounded understanding of mental health issues specifically affecting outpatient settings, including complex cases typical for remote therapy.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, facilitating meaningful connections with clients remotely while working collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team.

• Previous experience in providing therapeutic support in a community health or hospital environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload, including the ability to prioritize urgent clinical needs while balancing longer-term therapeutic goals.
