You will primarily work with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including survivors of abuse, neglect, or acute stress events. Our clients require a tailored approach to therapy that recognizes their unique experiences and the impact of trauma on their mental health. You will play a key role in facilitating their understanding of trauma and guiding them toward healing and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid and current license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, making critical decisions during high-stress scenarios.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications necessary for telehealth services.
  • A collaborative spirit, enabling you to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, especially focusing on trauma therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering trauma-focused interventions and a thorough understanding of resilience-building techniques.
  • Training in trauma-informed care practices and familiarity with related therapeutic frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your overall well-being. Benefits include:

  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits that cater to your physical and mental health needs.
  • A retirement savings plan with employer matching to help secure your financial future.
